Joining Us

You can register at the bottom of this page

At Springstep you only need to register to access training, or if you intend to access training later (perhaps you have not yet decided on a specific course). We keep the absolute minimum information about you, only enough to be able to contact you (by email or telephone). Your email address may also be added to our occasional newsletter (from which you can unsubscribe easily).

  • Registration is free
  • You only have to pay training fees (that you choose)

When you register we will know you are interested in learning and are not just visiting.

  • You’ll get an email from us soon after and we can allocate you to a course
    • If the course is chargeable, we’ll tell you how to pay safely
  • If you leave your phone number we can call you (free)

Help – Why Register?

Registration gives you access to facilities not available to non-members. Much of internet activity is like browsing a shop window, you’re just looking – it’s not until you go in and buy something do you begin a relationship with the shop. You will at least get a receipt, a guarantee, and maybe free parking, special offers or a members’ club.

In order to start a relationship with a website you will need to register. When you have done this the website can identify you and make available the extra benefits that membership brings. Often membership is free, sometimes to access special features you will need to pay to upgrade your membership (just like a plane ticket!).

Help – How to Register

Generally, registering for membership (and for online shopping, which is the same thing) the web site will need at least your email address and a password. Sometimes you use your Google, Apple, Facebook or Twitter login and the details are managed automatically.

You will need to provide information such as your name and email address at minimum. Maybe also telephone number and address if necessary.

Your username is the name you will use to sign in. It can be anything, a name, a word, several words, numbers or even a combination. You will need to remember this, along with your password. Usernames provide greater security than just using your email address.

Remember, you only ever register once (at that web site).
