Registration

We need only the minimum information to register you, for example, first name, choose your username and password, email address*

You can change or delete all your details at any time (except the username) using the About You (Profile) page

Your Information

  • Usernames
    • these identify you on Springstep
  • Email
    • allows us to send you updates
    • allows you to change or reset your password yourself
    • we can provide an email address if you dont have one
      (but without the benefits above)
  • Password
    • any simple password you can remember
      (we store very little information and nothing personal)
  • First & Last name
    • anything you want us to know you by
    • your real names or nickname
  • Membership Level
    • this will be set for you by the teacher

Username

  • WFG098675423 (for example)

Email

    • every student has their own college email address automatically
  • you can use your own personal email address if you want to, so you will receive our updates directly

Username (your ID)

  • your student number (eg ABC123)
  • using your name and a number (4 digits)
    HACfirstname#####     (for example: HACadrian2390)
    eg. use the 4 last digits of your phone number
  • your teacher can tell you which username to use

Email

    • every student has their own student email address automatically
  2. you can use your own personal email address if you want to, so you will receive our updates directly

    eg. use the 4 last digits of your phone number

Email

  • your contact email address, to receive updates

Plus

  • your town/ city if coming to or requesting a class (eg Ealing)
  • a telephone number if you want us to call you (or you dont have email)*
  • if asking about a specific course, write it into an empty box!

  • your teacher can tell you which username to use

Email

  1. provide your personal email address
    • to receive updates
    • change your password
      OR
  2. ask us to give you an email address to use
    • you wont get updates
    • you wont be able to change your password
