EAL Successful Learning

CLASS PROCEDURES

Although our classes seem quite informal, they are very structured to deliver the best teaching standards and provide learners a quality and safe environment in which to build their skills. Adult learners normally understand what is acceptable and what is not, but as a supplement there are sets of guidelines to cover what should be expected in different situations. This is explained in the student handbook that every student should have been sent when they enrolled. For reference, the necessary documentation is available below for your reference

In the first instance, a learner would normally take up any issues with the teacher

FEEDBACK & SURVEYS

All Ealing Adult Learning (Learn Ealing) courses require attendees to complete surveys during their course.

Submitting feedback during your course is very helpful to us. Tell us what you thought of your course, what you enjoyed and also, very importantly, what we could improve. Your feedback means a lot, helping us maintain high teaching standards and keeps our courses interesting for the next group.

For beginners, it is also an opportunity to practice filling out online forms!

Thank you
