Edit Access Permission? (Google Classroom, GDrive)

Ever opened a Classroom exercise only to find you dont have edit rights to the document?

This often happens in teaching exercises, documents that have been put on Classroom for learners to complete

Solution:

• make your own copy, that you will be able to edit
• use File > Make a Copy on the menu
• choose a new file name (maybe just remove “copy of”)
• the new copy is saved to your GDocs area
