Resetting your password is a normal occurrence. You might want to reset it because:
- you have forgotten it
- you think someone has stolen it
It is essential to keep your email address up to date!
- you can update your email address at About You (Profile) page
On Springstep you can change your password:
- at the login page
- select Forgot Password
- supply your email address
- open the email Springstep sends you
- follow the link in that email to the password reset page
- change your password
This is a very common method of changing passwords and many websites will use the same method
