FAQ – Remote Support

We are currently rolling out remote classes as face to face learner support is impossible. We do expect this to become permanently available as the procedures evolve and delivery is proven successful. Telephone support has already started.

Email support remains available to all learners. Details vary according to the course.

Telephone Support

We currently offer only telephone support, as this meets the needs of our beginner community of learners. Learners contact us be email or text (or other method) to request a call back or to ask a question. We call them back at an arranged time.

Any charges will be made clear, and will need to have been paid for, prior to our call.
