100X2 Exporting & Downloading (Google Drive)

Often we need to save a document on our computer (or portable storage), possibly as a backup. Perhaps we will need the files somewhere where the internet is not available or not reliable

Also, we might need a document in a specific format, not as an online Google Doc or other working format (often called exporting). Perhaps we need to upload a letter or accounts (spreadsheet) in a format of their choice (eg Word or Excel file format)
