  6. Computer is Slow
  7. Strange Noises
  8. Overheating
  9. Dropped, Slow or non-functioning Internet Connections
  10. No sound
  11. Printer (and other peripherals)
  12. Incorrect login details
  13. Password expiry
  14. Incorrect network connection
  15. Opening files with unsuitable software
  16. Using unsupported characters in filenames
