enq@springstep.co.ukBeginner’s Computing is aimed at real novices, those who just starting out. There’s virtually no jargon or fancy activities, only the very essentials you need to know. These first steps are critical as they develop confidence in something that is totally alien to most adults.
For absolute beginners, we recommend joining a class or at least work with a friend (who may have just a little experience). Once started, the exercises are straightforward and telephone support will probably be adequate.
We know that one of the most difficult things is actually getting the computer working properly to even start … !
