- Create a new blank word processing document
- Name the file Holidays Pictures
- Copy all the dates, paste them to your document
- Put all the dates in the correct order (use cut/paste)
OR Copy out the calendar from your previous exercise into your new document- The dates should be in order, formatted
- Create blank lines to make space
- Insert from Web an appropriate image for each date
- keep the image beneath the date entry
- From GDrive
- Make a copy of your document (rename to Holidays Pictures 2)
- Open and edit
- Align all the text and pictures into the centre
- CHECK – does your teacher want these emailed to them?
Your dates are in a table
- Create a new blank word processing document
- Name the file Holidays Pictures
- Insert a table
- Copy the calendar dates from your previous exercise into your new document
- The dates should be in order, formatted
- Find & Insert an appropriate image for each date
- into the left hand column next to the date entry
- From GDrive
- Make a copy of your document (rename to Holidays Pictures 2)
- Open and edit
- Align all the text and pictures into the centre
- CHECK – does your teacher want these emailed to them?
