  1. Create a new blank word processing document
  2. Name the file Holidays Pictures
  3. Copy all the dates,  paste them to your document
  4. Put all the dates in the correct order (use cut/paste)
    OR Copy out the calendar from your previous exercise into your new document

    • The dates should be in order, formatted
  5. Create blank lines to make space
  6. Insert from Web an appropriate image for each date
    • keep the image beneath the date entry
  7. From GDrive
    1. Make a copy of your document (rename to Holidays Pictures 2)
    2. Open and edit
  8. Align all the text and pictures into the centre
  9. CHECK – does your teacher want these emailed to them?

Your dates are in a table

  1. Create a new blank word processing document
  2. Name the file Holidays Pictures
  3. Insert a table
  4. Copy the calendar dates from your previous exercise into your new document
    • The dates should be in order, formatted
  5. Find & Insert an appropriate image for each date
    • into the left hand column next to the date entry
  6. From GDrive
    1. Make a copy of your document (rename to Holidays Pictures 2)
    2. Open and edit
  7. Align all the text and pictures into the centre
  8. CHECK – does your teacher want these emailed to them?

Your dates are in a table

    1. Make a copy of your document (rename to Holidays Pictures 2)
    2. Open and edit
  2. Replace all the pictures
  3. Resize them to fill the table cell
  4. CHECK – does your teacher want these emailed to them?
